i have made the scooty in tvs service centre and spend 20000 thousand but very very poor service .always scooty any where stop when i complaint in service centre he take my scooty and make 30001100 rs bill.but nothing result same problem happen aftertthat

It is brought to kind notice that myself (PRABU.C) has admitted my vehicle TVS apache register number (TN 31 AJ 8757) for third free service on 19th march2014.
But i found that a scratch has been found at front murguard. I have registered an oral complaint to CUDDALORE (RAJVIJAY TVS) workshop manager Mr G.MUTHUKUMARAN and service advisor Mr G.SHANKAR on 19th march 2014.
But till date there is no correct response and corrective action taken on this issue of almost 40 days.
So, I request you to seek through this issue and provide a corrective action on it. I am waiting for your positive reply.
