Hi This is kaarthik, I bought a TVS STREAK, i gave second service at Goodwill service showroom,while i get back delivery,they lost my vehicle papers(R.C,INSURANCE) during service.when i check it and asking regarding my papers,they simply said we missed it.we cannot provide you any solutions regarding this.how irrresponisible service.anybody can know caomplaint registery phone number or mail id please contact me.[protected]

TVS STREAK — Irresponsible and careless TVS staff
Hello,My bike is broke as neither button nor kick start is working. In such situation Bangalore Neo Motors, TVS servise centre manager Mr Kiran wants me to pay 150rs to send the mechanic to my place which is max 4kms from the service centre, and also not ready to send the mechanic before 11:30, I have to go to office at 12. Mr Kiran also suggested to get the bike in auto as TVS FAILS to help their customers at the time of vehivle breakdown. Is this what you promise us while we come to buy your products?????? CANT YOU CONSIDER SPECIAL REQ?????????? IS IT SO HARD TO PROCESS A REQ when the customer is asking for help?????? the situation is bike is not starting... how else you want me to get the bike???? THIS IS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.....
