new scooty not working properly

Dear Sir,

We have prchased two TVS scooty on 24th august 2011, but both of them are giving multiple problems. we have also done complaint at service station but they are not able to do the service propely. Battery of one scooty has stopped working in just 2 months, and of other average is just 20km/l as compared to 45 km/l as promised.

I have purchased TVS Wego No MH14 DC 7227 on 27th august 2011, Now 5 servicing will done, I told dealer about Statting problems he replace break cable. till i have this problem I have also done complaint at service station but they are not able to do the service properly. My wego average is just 30km pl as compared to 45 km/l as promised. and service station say it will improve after this servicing... please do the needful, or other wise please take the vehicle back at the now market price and make me comfort.
