I have taken a Bajaj Discover 100 CC Motorcycle from Agra on loan. I am paying my EMI.Presently I came by company transfer in Hospet, Bellary, Karnataka. I want to deposite here Road Tax of Karnataka. RTO office in Hospet require NOC from RTO Agra. How can I take NOC from RTO Agra without your requirement? Please help me in this regards.
