Ubislate 7 — not giving the delivery

Sub: Non-Delivery inspite of Full Pre-Payment as per Pre Booking Confirmation.

With reference to above, i have made a pre-payment and i was contacted through Telephone on 23.06.2012 for Confirming the Address for Delivery.
As per Pre-Booking Confirmation also, since i have made a Pre-Payment, a Confirmed Delivery by June End is Promised. Attached Please find the Copy of the same.
However, i have still not received the same and no one replies on the number from which i was contacted i.e. +91 [protected]

Kindly Help me in this regard.
