Hi,
i travelled recently to Nimach taking UDZ express.
i was appalled to see the way the coaches are maintained.
Even though i had AC reservation, i see cockroaches all over. almost 10-12 at any given point of time running all over on the walls & roof. i even had a mouse right under my seat.

for the money charged for travel & in turn the facility provided is just not worth.
there is no one to pay heed to your complaints be it TC or the attendants.

i would never recommend anyone to travel taking this train. my experience has been the same even while returning back.
