Not doing registration of lands

Sir,
The Umamani Home creation pvt ltd is a cheating company.I have booked plots at plotted scheme named as Chikun garden at Bhubaneswar in May 2009 which was not registered & given posession till date.The officials of Umamani ... including MD Sri Naik & his wife Director are not responding my calls.In the agreement it was mentioned to hand over in June 2009 then extended up to Dec 2009, Mar 2010, July 2010, but after that no communication from umamani...Im now considering for legal action against Umamani...
It would be better Govt should go through all documents of Umamani..& take stern action .

yes you are right... I am also a victim of the same fraud company...May be we 4 to 5 people together can give a FIR against them and will see.. can send me mail on dipusutar@gmail.com

I am totally agree with the statements of gentlemen above. I am also a victim of Umamani Home Creations' s fraud network. But the best solution to come out from the crisis is that we people should be united against the company and file FIR and other code of conduct. So that money can be retrieved from them

yes i am too victimized by the same cheaters for chikun garden project...let us unite and teach them a lesson and take strong action against them..let us file a FIR and i will too support you...

Time has come to take legal course of action against the MD. U all please forward your contact nos. and mail ids. for a united effort.

I on behalf of my affected relations, who have deposited money with Umamani, planning to act strongly against Mr Nayak- through enforcement authorities. I am waiting for his final response by 31st July 2012, on my return to Bhubaneswar in the 1st week of August 12.

Umamani Home Creation or its owner Narayan Nayak is a very SMALL INSECT, to halla bol against him. Umamani home creation is organization of galli ke lafangey. They are just looting the people emotionally, by using the tricks of peoples eagerness for land. They should be punished for their miss deeds and people should not let them go simply. If required whole Umamani families to be sent to AFGHANISTAN by special plane for the proper care of TALIBANS. This is the right way to correct them, as in India we should not take such stringent action them.
