Unauthorized & dangerous Additional-Top-Floor-Flat in DDA Flats

Respected Sir,

Few Greedy Residents of SFS DDA FLATS, SECTOR- 11, ROHINI, DELHI- 110085 are putting life of hundreds of their neighbours in danger by building a Fifth Flat over the pre-built block of a four flats which put extra load on the structure.
More dangerous is that they draw the Ground water from the foundation of the same block of flats during the construction of the additional flats and continue to draw the ground water even after to wash their car, which again weaken the foundation of the whole structure.
The weak building structure can be shaken even by the light tremors of earthquakes causing deaths of hundreds of people. These greedy people are planning deaths.
MCD & Polish come here but instead of stopping this unauthorized construction, they bargain for the money they gen get to ignore the reality. Two of such dangerously greedy resident are:
1. Amrit Gupta, owner of Two Flats, One Legal Flat No.- 191 and another illegal Flat above Flat No.- 191. He also draws ground water illegally.
2. Shri Prakash Aggarwal, owner of Two Flats, One Legal Flat No.- 63 and another illegal Flat above Flat No.- 63.

Please help us secure the safe future of the coming generation and stop the dangerous & unauthorized Construction. Most dangerous are the Additional-Top-Floor-Flats in DDA SFS Flats, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi-110085.

Unauthorized Construction of 4th floor in DDA SFS Flats in SECTOR-11, ROHINI, DELHI-110085

Dear Sir,
There is lot o[censored]nauthorized construction of 4th floor is going on in DDA SFS flats which has result in various threats like:
1. Violation of high court order which allow only A barsati on the roof terrace of the top floor in addition to mumty is allowed.
2. Blocking the use of terrace by ground and 1st floor owners.
3. High scale corruption to construct such floors lot of bribe is paid to MCD, DDA and POLICE officers.
4. Damaging the safety of structure . which was constructed to accommodate ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors only.

All the addition/alteration(s) and additional coverage will be governed by 5 basic principals:
1). There is no encroachment on the public land.
2). Structural stability of the building is ensured.
3). Light and ventilation of the habitable rooms is ensured as per the building byelaws.
4). There is no infringement of other's rights.
5). The service elements such as manhole, rainwater fittings, sanitary fittings etc. are not disturbed and remain exposed for periodical inspection and maintenance.

Note: None of these above principals apply to 4th floor construction.

FACTS:

1. Roof terraces are common spaces as defined by the MoUD to the parliament when the issue was raised during the Delhi Apartment Owners Bill
2. The DDA handbook allows for addition / alteration for increase in COVERED area, but the process o[censored]surping the space on the roof terraces is an INCREASE IN THE PLINTH AREA of the top floor allottee. THE PLINTH AREA (as recorded in the title/sale/lease/registry deed as thats what one has paid for.) CANNOT BE INCREASED.

None of department like DDA, MCD AND POLICE are doing there duties to stop such construction. Nor media or press is doing there part to publish such story !

Few Greedy Residents of SFS DDA FLATS, SECTOR- 11, ROHINI, DELHI- 110085 are putting life of hundreds of their neighbours in danger by building a Fifth Flat (Complete MIG Flat at Fifth Floor) over the pre-built block of four flats. This Additional Flat puts dangerously extra load on the structure.

More dangerous is that they draw the Ground water from the foundation of the same block of flats during the construction of the additional flats and continue to draw the ground water even after to wash their car etc., which again weaken the foundation of the whole structure.

very shame full to delhi goverment officers

Very much unauthorised shades are constructed temporary as well as permanent basis in chinchwad gaon mostly chapekar chowk to riverside area. No body can walk students as well public on road safely. Juna Jakat Naka become "ACCIDENT SPOT" due to these shades opposite every shops.
So please take needful and quick actions against these shades.
Make a Footpath opposite shops on this road.
Do not wait for major accident take place.
