It is to give you important information that an illegal construction at 78, Old Roshan Pura, Behind chhawla Stand, Near YWCA Building R/o Jitender (Jitu) s/o Laxmi Narayan is on process in which there is encroachment on road is coming up as the ramp, stairs and chhaja lies on MCD property which is ill legal and Probated. The chajja, ramp and stairs has almost covered more than 4 feet’s of the gali.The said property lies under OLD LAL DORA but it does not permit for Encroachment of Public/MCD Property. The building material has covered all the road and it is to difficult even to pass away from this Gali there is also a LAB, Institute, and Coaching Center in which regularly the patients and students have to face a great trouble to reach their destination. The small kids even badly injured by it and there is no one to stop it. Being a true citizen of India it is my moral duty to inform you on time as the process is in their full swing and it can only be stopped initially otherwise the encroachment will be processed. The process is also under influence of some Political and Unsocial Elements.
Please give the immediate direction to the MCD Zone Department and other concerned authorities otherwise it would be too late.
