[Resolved]  Unicon Investment Solution — salary issue

i have worked with unicon for full one month at noida branch. but at the end of the month they refuse to give my salary..as my target was not fulfilled..as i was a fresher at that job..and it takes some time to understand things..insurance is not an easy job..they promised me while taking interview that they will definitely pay my salary on time, but at the end of the month they refused..and at last i had to quit my job.
unicon is in lime light for doing all this with their employees, still i beleived ... i devoted myself fully to the job but what can i do if my target is still incomplete...there are many employees having the same problem like me...i am writing on behalf of all of them... please don't work with Unicon, i[censored] are a fresher and dont have experience in insurance sector..they will kill you like anything

I also worked with unicon & agreed unicon is realy a cheap company if targets not met they can do anything i dont know this could be happen for local management or higher management

unicon bahut hee jada toochi company hai sabse bada chutia enssan hai raghav tripathi aur ajay kaushik us se bhi bada. product ke bare mei kuch nahi jante bus 2 times business chahiye salary ka
ajay ji bus bhai sahab bolna jante hai aur tripathi ji me dhekhta hu bolna jante hai salary ke nam par dono chuteyo ko kuch nahi pata hota.

i m a current employee o[censored]nicon securitiess pvt ltd i m getting fadup with the co.s management & my senior authorities.they are dng my hereshment.due to them i m become the patient of depression. i had go to the sicetrist & he suggest me to quit the job.& now i m going to quit.

This is Lucky Singh.I got selected in Unicon Investment Solution as Business development officer.I have joined as BDO in 2 may 2011.

They put me in Noida sec-10 branch.where i have joined


After joining a job they gave me the joining kit which asks for some documents like DMC of 10th,12th,BBA,PAN card,ID proof,Blood group report.But i didnt have the mark sheet of 10th and Pan card.I told them please put my joining kit on hold.I will submit the pending documents in few days.But they didn't do so.Due to this reason my salary had not come they were saying it will come next month.But i said its OK.After submitting all the documents these guys are saying your date of joining has revised which means salary on may2011 will not come.But this is ridiculous statement .I have informed them earlier but these guys have not informed in HR Department.I totally fed up by informing and requesting

but i have told my problem to concerned person..but they are delaying the process...I dont know they are not taking any action...I want my salary as soon as possible

you were able to resolve my problem to some extent but i have not recieved the salary of 1st month due to the lack of information which was provided by Unicon employee

I have not got the salary of one nonth they gave me the salary of one month ...Its not good for this brand

Secondly they have mentioned 13.5k salary on offer letter but they gave me 11, 940 via check.This is fraud.If big brands like Unicon Investment solution will do this kind of practices who is going to believe them.
This organization dont give salary to their employees on time.I think they can close the company if they cant give salary to employees on time

I, Youdhvir, joined the Unicon Investment Solutions -Real Estate, Noida sector 63 Branch as a business development officer in the month of february 2011. My URPL code was URPL 1337 and performed all my duties well.

During my Probation period followings duties were assigned to me

1) Daily visiting the sites, Meeting with clients & Submitting Daily Schedule Report(Even on Sundays & Gazzested Holidays)
2) Standing on road without any security, putting our life in danger to catch the client(Even on Sundays & Gazzested Holidays).
3) Visiting the sites to the clients without any convence charge from the organisation (Even on Sundays & Gazzested Holidays).
4) Well Behaving with all employers, Maintaining the punctuality & Discipline.
5) Office time Morning 9:30 to no timing in the evening (as we had to submit report at 7:00 PM & then attend meeting )
6) Listening the dirty words .


But in the month of April 25, 2011my services were terminated from the organisation without any prior notice or without any my fault and even my salary kept on hold.

i was told that the balance salary cheque will be deposited in my account after 2 months. But it is almost 4 months has gone but neither i get my balance salary cheque nor any redressal .

Even Submitting my form at Pusa road Branch, i could not get any response. i have send various mails to Country Head Ms. Divya Kaur . Is there is any person in this organisation who accountable to give my answers.

1) What was my fault so that my services terminated without any prior notice.
2) Why my salary kept on hold .
3) when i will get back my salary even i have submitted EPC form 4 month earlier.
4) Is this one is company policy not to give salary.
5) Is financial position of company is in a situation not to give salary ?

i firmly request you to kindly look up into the matter & take a prompt action.

Of Joining is 10th march 2011 and My EMP ID- UIPL13497. But Till Date
i have not received my salary. i have given my resignation on 13 july 2011.Unicon hr said to me that in 45 days u will get your salary.and after 45 days when i called hr person she said ur resignation is on in the process and whenever i call to her she says like that. But Till Date i have not received my salary. What Can i DO??? Please Suggest To me.
