[Resolved]  Uninor — balance deduction

unreasonable balance deduction form my account
respected sir,
this is a complain against uninor telecom service. They are continuing deducting account balance form my account. from last 20 days they have already deducted 100 rs. they usually say that. i had activated my tunes service.through dialing something. which is not possible. on that time i was busy with my parents...

I said to there executive to talk there or any other top level manager but they always said that they are not present right now!!!
This kind of service they are providing in bareilly.

please take any serious step against them.. If you are a indian then you must take a step against them.

My mobile number is [protected]. frequently when recharged my account balance was deducted from my main account balance.When i called to customer care they told me that some service has been activated but a haven't activated any service. if i am not using any service how i pay for that i called to care they told me we cant pay back to you and even they are not accepting my complaint... its furstraiting any othr way to sort out that... today i recharged of 30 rs. only and 10 rs. balnce deducted from that....

Balance has been deducted for a service which i have not activated also even though they have deducted the balance of rs 25/- earlier also they dedcted rs 10/- for a service whhich has not been subscribed!! asking to there costome care executiveonly 1 answer ur balance will not be refunded an any circumstances and no sollution is given. there rigid talking n way of giving reason for deduction of balance please give us the sollution. so that others will also be helpfull from such type of problems.

I am use an uninor number and without any information to me Rs. 45 deduct from my account when I complen to customber care there is no responce to my complen .

Today I have activated my new uninor sim service. after 2 to 3 hrs. of activation, I got an sms saying that you have successfully renewed BHAKTI SANGAM service for the cost of Rs.5.
immediately I called on 198 and registered my complaint. and he has given me this complaint no. [protected].
and told me to hold for some time I will transfer your call to deactivate this service... and after some time call got disconnected.
I tried calling again after an hour.
somebody picked called and I explained him all the matter again. he replied to me that the balance deducted is non refundable because you have activated two VAS services, only I can deactivate them but balance is non refundable.
then I told him to transfer call to your superior, and he told me to hold for some time.....
after half an hour some sourabh or someone pickup-ed the call I told him that I am on hold since half an hour he neglected and asked me the complaint again I have expalined him and got the same answer, that you have activated two VAS services by using uninor sim service in your mobile.

this is my first day experience. before two to three days same thing happened with my brother also.
they told that you have activated WWE service in your mobile by using Internet... my brother have Nokia 1110i. there is no Internet option available in that handset. and they have deducted Rs.10. from his mobile also.

hello sir my mobile number is [protected] today at 9:00am i was using facebook from my uninor sim. immediately i saw i have only 1rupees in my balance while i had 73 rupees and data pack.when i contact customer care they started to make excuses and said you might have downloaded something from uninor services. I was shocked I said that i didnt do that. you diducted my balance .so why didn't you notifing me via massege..this is a rule if some one downloded item frm the companies website it notifyed by the company..sir uninor doing these type activity with many customers .reason is that they lost allotment from mumbai and they have to refund the balance all over mumbai..sir plz help me..i did nothng..i am student and 72 rupees is very precious for me..

Uninor / Sim Card — DND CALLS IS NOT STOP

i have boaring from dnd calls and message , i trie to customer call but not use to till date....
kindly pls sollution as soon as possoble.

i receved a call from uninor, but didnt give any responce. call time was 1:31pm and balance deduction time was about 7:30pm, defineatly charges is wrong, and internet service not working, uninor is froud "sabse sasta" ye to sabse mahnga hai.

I never activated any VAS on my uninor mobile number and they had deducted Rs.8/- from my account at last thursday 9/05/2013 .i also tryed to talk with c, care they never receive my call...please refund my balance and deactivate if any vas activated...

my mobile no. is [protected] named ritesh. my a/c balance is rs. 107. i recharged my a/c with rs. 20/- and get get extra talk time of rs 20/-. total 40/- rs. then my a/c balance is.147/- but presently my balance is rs. 143/- and i am not calling anywhere, kindly refund my 4 rs.

Service provider denie to any service activation. so why deduct balance. kindly return my balance on my account immediately.

i have activated uninors 23 tariff for std/local call rates. they charged me rs 23 two times with message that u have been charged with rupees 23 for local and std tariff of rupees 23 and in second message they charged me 23 rupees and send me message that u have been charged with rupees 23 for 300 local and std sms... i was shocked they are giving two services on same recharge of 23 and charging u two times.. what a fake plans and fake services they are providing.
i called to customer care they replied that u are in u.p east and for this u have to contact customer care o[censored].p west. when i contacted customer care o[censored].p west they said we had charged you only once for std/local tarrif..and the customer care are so rude in nature that they clearly said they cannot refund my balance for wrong deduction.

But the voice recharge change to company internet pack with 90 Rs two times deducted my main balance . I have major complain to uninor service provider how will do it.

Sir I want to inform you that last night 27/02/014 approx 10:30PM i recharged my no. By 40 rupees after 1 hour approx 11:30PM or 12:00 AM my balance was deducted by uninor so sir please refund my balance.
