[Resolved]  Uninor — Incorrect balance deduction and Improper behavior of customer care

Hi,

Well, Its a prior duty of every company to provide proper after sales service to consumer and when it comes for telecommunication it is necessity to provide proper service and proper customer care service. First of all they deduct balance and then provide a strong rough executive talk via customer care. Now coming to my complaint. I was using this Uninor connection since last 1 and a half years and expect that they will provide good product service as well as good customer care service, I expect only good not best because i know that the outsource company will never deliver his best because of they have to earn revenues. So that they hire people at a very low stipend who don't know languages very well but still they hire those people without proper training on voice skills, they provide incomplete training and present in operation where they take live call. Initially these kind of executive are very humble afterward they all become aggressive because of pressure
Reason of aggressiveness - Lack of information, Regular pinch for reducing average handling time, Over stretching, Because of reducing AHT they release their calmness and become aggressive.
Boss i am facing a issue of balance deduction since july 2010 and the service is yet active as informed by customer care. If I say to customer care executive to deactivate this service from you end they reply that this feature you have to deactivate we will not be able to deactivate the service from our end this was said the an executive who is in escalation desk. Afterward call get disconnected. Again I called up then i get resolution from front executive desk that they will be able top deactivate this service from their end with a TAT(Turn Around Time) of 5 Hrs.
Front end desk executive name - Ajay Roy from east customer care center
Ecsalation desk executive name - didn't captured ( for him I am leaving with my no and name please check it through and listen to those call. recheck with C-sat team and then work on. My no is [protected], Name - Salekin Alam.
One more this that was charged Rs 136 for the same service which I never activated. And by the way just for your information i was an experienced supervisor in Telecom sector.
