Hi Team,

My uninor number is [protected], i called on 59059 for activation on 3rd July 2013 night wherein they verified my details and told that sim will get activated in 1 hours after which i need to call 123 to select language.

But its not been activiated yet. Inquiring the matter with customer care (121) they told be that the details need to be verified at 999 (so why 59059 is being communicated by retailers and why does a customer care executive is placed to pick up calls made on 59059, nor does the executive on 59059 informs that the call needs to be made on 999???). Then also i am continously trying on 999 / 123 but it repeatedly states that the no. is not active. On the other hand Customer care is also not helping to resolve the issue even after properly verifying and confirming my details.

Please resolve my issues at the eartliest and activate my no. so as to avoid any type of referral to TRAI.

I have taken UNINOR Sim with number [protected], When I tried calling a number it connected customer care which I have confirmed my Identity.After that representative told my number will be activated within 2 hours, need to call 123 after that.But after a day also my number is not activated.
