[Resolved] Uninor — GPRS charges | |
Iam having UNINOR sim (mobile no. [protected])and using the same since long. Iam using this card normally for the GPRS services. I had activated gprs on 30.09.2011 with Rs. 47.00 as charges. Under this scheme 2 gm data is given by Uninor with 30 days validity. They had deducted Rs. 47 from my balance and given me only 100 MB data. When called to the customer care, they say that i will get 100 mg daily for 20 days. My question is when they have deducted full amount i.e. Rs. 47, how can give MB in parts. They should give the complete data of 2 GB when full amount is deducted. The customer care representative has not given satisfactory answer, when i asked to give line to some one senior, the call was disconnected by the person. Either UNINOR shall refund the charges or give full 2 GM data to customer. Secondly, there is no information available on internet nor Uninor has sent SMS informing this to customer. In other way Uninor is cheating the customer by deducting full amount and giving on fraction of data usage from day 1.
