[Resolved] Uninor — DEDUCTION OF AMOUNTS FOR UNKNOWN PACKS. | |||
This is Sonu from Ranchi, Jharkhand and I am using a Uninor GSM number [protected]. I have never subscribed any pack on my mobile instead there are multiple deductions on my number. On calling the customer care they have only deactivated the packs but not refunded the amount deducted from my account. First one is of Rs.10 for some News pack for 10 days from 26/02/2013 onwards. Second one is of Re.1 per day from 27/02/2013 for some Uninor Store pack. Third one is of Rs.10 for ten days from 27/02/2013 for some Club10 pack. When I have not received any promotional call, how this packs get activated? Yesterday(28/02/2013), I have sent a mail regarding this to the Uninor customer care but they are telling that I have activated the pack. Even I have registered a complaint in www.consumerforums.in but still no resolution has been provided. Was this information helpful? | |||
