Deduction of money without intimation
Uninor mobile no 8523833135 on 25 March 2012 after recharging Rs 37 for lower STD call tariff I got IVR message local call tariff 2 sec/1 paise (IVR message still with me) and when i call local it has debited Rs 1.5/minute and I lost Rs 15. When contacted in customer service Mr Satish and his seiner Mr Madhu denied to do any thing. Though my said no is registered for DND IN 1909 still without intimating any thing on 27 May 2012 Rs 5 on 01 June Rs 1 followed by Rs 30 and on 03 Rs 1 deducted from my account in various activation. When I contacted in Uninor Customer Care (complain no 198) they advice to deactivate by Uninor no 777 and money will be credited within 48 Hrs. But after deactivating the service immediately after automatic implementation till date no money credited back in my account. When contacted with Uninor Customer Care they refuse to credit and telling not possible and also told I may go for consumer complain, nothing will happen for them. If so then are they permitted to do so and customer will loose monitory? I want same not suppose to do by Uninor in future and should credit the amount in my mobile account.
