The agent o[censored]r company was rude to me and he was nt aware o[censored]r product knwledge .the name of the agent deepak the interaction after sangeeta .u people nt giving cust.service my num [protected] and any info. Mail me i need a help frm u that dnt keep this type of agen.or warn them. Poonam bankar .team lead we dont have the email address.than where to do complaint

Vodafone — Phone services and BadCustomer care behaviour

Subject: Complaint regarding Customer Care executives for Pathetic Quality service and humiliation of customer causing mental and psychological harassment and hypertension.
And not resolving / not even addressing the Issue of not non-receiving of sms on mobile number [protected]

Sir,

I have called on customer care on 30-07-09 at between 1 and 1.50 AM for a complaint and rectification of the SMS services which I haven’t been receiving on mobile number [protected] for the last couple of days I have also been holding mobile number [protected] in the same name since early 2003. I use these numbers being used in business purposes.

Following customer care executives misbehaved by hanging phone upon me.
And not solving /instructing me.
First customer care executive on 111 number (Vodaphone) Named Mr Chitresh, who didn’t divulge his sir name even after asking him repeatedly and asking if this call is getting recorded for quality purposes. Then this man hung phone upon.
I again recalled given number 111 and Mr. Ankur Ghosh (Said name) also did the same thing and didn’t tell me the name of the supervisor even when asked many times.
He put me on hold for more the 5 minutes then put the call on mute and hung upon me.
I again called in desperation for solution of my problems one Mr Brijesh Sharma did the same thing and didn’t transfer the phone to supervisor, Put me on hole and cut the call in process.
I called up again after such a bad frustration and mental agony cause by such act of the customer care at that hour on night, One Mr. Pratik Khurana took the call told me the name of the supervisor one Mr. Ratan Singh (supervisor) but never connected the call and kept me hold up. This after I went such an ordeal with your customer care.He hung upon me.(I wonder these name divulged to me are correct or fictious, even that of the supervisor.
I again called 111 in sheer mental agony and annoyance One Mr. Brij Yadav called up.
He kept the call on hold for more then 40 minutes and didn’t transfer the call to the Team leader or supervisor and faild to divulge the name of the supervior.
I hope this can be verified by checking my calling on 111.as as proof.
He even added the I have no right to ask the name of the supervisor.

This man didn’t buzz even after my warning him that I will take an action against him and all others involved in this act.
There people in the sequence of my call summarily are as follows;
a) Chitresh …… (surname not divuged)
b) Mr Ankur Ghosh
c) Brijesh Sharma
4) Pratik Khurana
5) Brij Yadav.
( all the names as divulged by the call attendant/customer care executive).
6) Mr Ratan singh (who never bother/failed to do his right full duty as to what agony is getteing caused to the customer.

Please confirm:
`
A) As to what action has been taken by Vodaphone againt its customer care executives (as given here)
B) A written apology from these executives and Vodaphone for cause me this harassment.

C) It is such a mental agony that I have no choice but to stop using your phone services and Sue Vodaphone for causing mental harassment, humiliation and causing hypertension in the process. Despite my repeated cry for justification..

How can the hang up on the CUSTOMER???


Kindly reply in the next 96hours else I will have no choice but to go to the Courts to ask for justice.

i am kunal gohil from ahmedabad, gujarat, i recently bought a sim card number [protected] and recently 30 rs was cut from my ballence for service that was not requwsted by me...however your team treated me like a liar, you should under stand that a person who can buy a mobile and a card is not so greedy about 30rs, i want your attention towards your loose, hummiliating, and careless customer care service. let me start from the start

1) at[protected] around 8-9 p.m. i recieved a sms confirming the request of some scheme called cricket mania, which was not requested by me any way...so i tried to inquire about it and called your so called 24*7 customer service, much to my amusement ring went on for atleast 15-20 minutes and no one was available for taking my call.

2) next day[protected] i call again a person sitting there put me on hold for 15-20 minutes just to tell me to call again after 3-hours...what is this tactic to break down the moral of customer?

3) after 3-hours i called back, again they would hold me for several minutes and tell me that the request for activation was from my side ...which is i can assure you is ...LIE, when i requested to talk with the superviser your persona refused saying that it's useless, now who is he to talk and advice customer like that? isn't it quite harrasing?when i forced him to tell his name he didn't provide me his full name

4)after my requests he gave the line to superviser called GHANSHYAM...(even he didn't provide me his full name) i told him scenario but he refused to refund my 30 rs and also when i asked about further investigation and lodging complaint he mialead me by saying he is ultimate and only he can provide my refund...another lie,

5) but i finally came to know about nodal officer so i again called and asked for my complaint number, they simply refused it by saying that it was my fault and the request was from me that is not true
and how come they stop me from complaining and investing the matter?when i wanted to talk with their senior GHANSHYAM they mislead me by saying that there are many seniors...and we dont assure yo to talk with him, eventually it was ghanshyam, again i told him to register two complaints one about unwanted service and second about misleading and misbehaving service provided to me..shockingly he refused both..i mean ..holly molly?...he even didn't register my complin for missleading behaviour, i mean what is this?

6) but however i got the number of nodal officer of gujarat, he gave me promice to deactivate the service and give refund in 2 days, i patiently waited for whole 2 days but since that day, the number is always switched off . i try for straight 3 days without result.

i am deply hurt, and furious by this kind of molestating behaviour it's not about 30 rs, but about dignity, honesty, respect

like uninor, the others are performing the same cheating tactics.on purchase of new uninor sim card surfing of 500 mb is free for the first month but i cant access it, every time i got ''connecyion failled' however the other sim of the uninor works very well in the same mobile device
My prepaid sim card number is [protected].Unfortunately " my music" service is activated and debited Rs.15/- without my permission.Simply sent SMS stating that " my music " service is activated. I contacted two times with customer care representative and given option for deactive the facility is failuer. When I again tried to speak with customer care representative, the call automatically disconnected.The customer care service is very worst and they are very eager to debit from customer account only and not ready to give good service for customer.

In my experience I never expect like this bad service given by uninor customer care service.I am going to discourage to all like this customer care service from uninor.

I am Mahendra, My mobile no. is [protected] My activation in Uninor on 29th April 2011. But I am facing your network problem from starting to today. I leave your service by using MNP. But your company cannot the process forward for the reason 90days not complete but actual 90days completed. I am clear all the process of portability. My previous portability date is 29th July 2011. My last portability date is from 16th August to 31st August 2011. And current portability date is from 3rd September 2011 to 18th September 2011. Sir please do my MNP process needful and kindly, because your customer care no response for me.
Uninor Sucks, with me it happend around 5-6 times, and got refund for 3-4 times.
but its really painful to get in touch with anyone at complaint desk 198 or customer care 121, to get connected to IVR out of 100 times 90 times it will take more than half an hr, than once u ll have talk with the executive again 90 out of 100 times system will be on update. so basically for getting refund of 30 Rs. u have to waste atleaste more than 8-10 hrs. which is worst part o[censored]NINOR
i dun knw what kind of international brand this is

I agree with Mr Kunal Gohil. I have bought sim card with Mobile No [protected]. Without any request, I received a message on 26-Jan-2012 that my CHAT Service activitated & Rs 30 is deducted from my balance. I contacted their complaint no 198 at 10:15am but customer care executive replied that their system is not supporting to trace out the details & it will take 3 hours to start but it had not started till evening 7:15pm. When I shouted on their customer care executive they put my mobile no blacklist. Then I tried minimum 10 times to contact their customer care but their IVR system was constantly rejecting my calls. Then I tried to contact their nodal officer on [protected] but that mobile is constantly switched off since last 24 hrs.

This way UNINOR is one of the cheater Telephone service provider. They are offering additional talk value but with this type of cheating they are debiting false charges from us. This way UNINOR is cheater Telephone service provider.
