Dear Sir,

From Last 28 May, I am not able to use my GPRS Connection ( INTERNET) in my mobile,as I regularly recharge the Net pack scheme in my mobile.
When I talk ,I always all day use to talk to the Customer Care & Complain Service but they would not feel the problem is tricky,they always use to By forget my Problem ,due to all this My one month pack going to lapse's on 21 JUNE. They are not ready to solve the problem unless they usually tell me to change my Hand Set . I all time requested to them but they would n't .Please do needful!..............................
