Uninor — WITH OUNT INFORMING ACTIVATED SERVICE AND START DEDUCT THE CHARGES

dear sir,/ madam

The uninor tele service is activate service in my no +91 [protected] and start deduct charges they deducted approx 25 rs. and when i told in customer care they are not answering me properly and some mrs, rita told me that we will give you this amount by d.d. and then then are not also deactivating the services so pls help me.

and sir/mam i want to tell you one thing more when i recharge in cash and get the balalnce in my no then why i am accepting d.d. i want my balance back
So pls do the needful
