I am Ganesh Kadam I am using uninore sim service from More than 4 years.But Now i have talktime deduction problem, i was recharged on (saturday)24th nov 2012 Rs:199 & i got Talk time-51000sec.But now my Talktime is Rs-0.00 wethout any more calls.So i want back my balance talktime.

I am your customer for the last 2 years.
my No. is [protected] and every day my A/c is being debited with Re.1 each in the morning and evening towards VAT charges. Now 3 more value added services activated on my number without my consent.
I have not opted for any Value added services, when iam trying to contact your back office nobody is responding twrds this complaint, I hereby request you to deactivate all the value added services henceforth and not deduct any charges from my a/c.
Please do it soon.

Respected Sir, I purchased new sim o[censored]ninor, after one day I got a call from your side in which It was told that new offer for caller tune, I refused to take this offer, but after 15 minute I got a message that thanks for choosing caller tune worth rs, 40. i[censored] wanna deactivate call on 777. I called on 777 and i was assured that your Rs 40 will be coming back to yr account within 48 hrs. but we did not receive the same. I tried to talk yr executive, but no response, finally 10 Rs came back to my account. when I talked on toll free no. he is saying that I have activated my music, but I did not do so. Finally I deactivate the same and received a message that my music has been deactivated but no amount is received back to my account. plz look into this matter and solved accordingly.

i have ported my tata number to uninor for better services, but after porting in uninor around one month, they expired my sim, no signal, and my sim is currently not active from three days, the office staff says ur number is expired, how can my number be expired, they dont give proper answer, i'm using this number since last 8 years.[protected]..and my circle is western u.p.moradabad .plz look after this matter..

hi I am Ravindra aaj maine Dial& sing scheme sunane ke liye call kiya tha, lekin ye scheme free nahi hai its chargingRs.30/-per month to mai jab call chalu tha us wakta bahar mai cancel karke call stop karke bahar aa gaya na to maine subscribe karne ke liye koi button dabaya fir bhi mera Rs. 30/- balance cut ho gaya ye to galat hai. aap muze mera balacen refund karwa de. ye to sarasar fasane wali bat ho gayi.
