sim deactivated

though i submitted the documents for new uninor sim, my outgoing calls are deactivated. dealer did not submit the documents in proper way. when asked he said he would rectify immediately but since two days no outgoing calls for me. my no 9059606908. many times i called but no response and no rectification so far. i condemn this attitude of the service provider.
