UNINOR - wrong deduction from prepaid account

Uninor has wrongly deducted Rs.90 from my prepaid account no.7396195585. Complaints were made to customer care who gave vague replies and did not bother to answer any of my queries. I was forced to discontinue uninor prepaid services and opt for other more reliable and efficient service providers. Please remit the 90/- wrongly deducted from my prepaid account.
