[Resolved]  Unit Trust Of India — delay in redemption of bond payment

I am appling for Reduption of My Bond issued by UTI one year ago with deposite my original Bond on 01.04.2009.

MyInvestor ID No. is[protected]

Every time, when i contract the official o[censored]TI, They always required other complicated formilities.

I have completed all formilities and sent all documents on 22.01.2010 by Skylark courier Doc No. 25041732 directly to Mumbai Office as below.
1. Redumption Application Form duly attested by Bank Manager and Notary Public.
2. Affidavite duly attested by Notary Public
3. Photo Copy of 10th Marksheet, Pass Book and Voter ID duly attested.

I also regularly request by email but they not respond.

I Have received your letter regarding change in address instead of redumption amount of my bond as applied.

In this connection, I once again request you to please sent my redumption amount directly to my bank or on my address. I already sent my complete documents as required by your good office time to time.

I am waiting for redupmtion amount near about one year.

Kindly do the needful at the earlist.

I had applied earlier for redmtion o[censored]nits to Jaipur Office with Original Bond and other document as reqired.

But they inform me to contract delhi Office and they inform me regading delay due to requirnment of some other document directly to your navi mumbai office and assure me that after sending the document with in one week redumption amount will sent to me.

I had sent all the documents as detailed below to your good office by Courier vide their Receipt No. 25041732 dated 22.01.2010 of Skylark Express (Courier)
