Unit Trust Of India — No correspondence whatsoever from 2000

My Father -in- Law has made a children's gift fund in 29th July 1994, after that My husband and father -in-law died in 2000 after that I moved out of that place. I have the bond only who's No[protected] If I need to surrender this what do i do and how do I get to know the value of the same. Please let me know about it at the earliest.
