Unitech limited has failed miserably in meeting customer expectations and fulfilling their promises as far as delivery of apartments is concerned in the ncr region. The worst part is there has been no update from the company and from the complaints being recieved unitech is not even honoring its commitments on the allotment letter and using devious means to actually levy additional charges on its customers despite more than 2 years of delay on most of its projects. Therefore all individuals who have been duped by unitech are combining to file a public interest litigation (Pil) against unitech. We will not tolerate this" gunda " attitute o[censored]nitech and will ensure law of the land is upholded and justice is done to all the customers. HI, I booked a flat in "The Residences" Sector-117 Noida in 2012. Till date they did not even started Foundation work. I have already paid 95% Payment. The Possesion was suppose to be given in Feb 2015 this Year. I am going to File the case agianst them in Consumer Court. Any one Interested ? Please join.

Also, in case of joining direct cases with others, do they have to be related to the same project? Ours is in habitat and is delayed substantially -

I had booked Unitech Cascades flat in 2005 and I have paid every penny including penal interest and possession amount.Unitech has issued a possession letter but hasn't handed over the flat to me as yet.
Where and how can I join a forum or a group to ensure Unitech does not get away with this and fulfills it's obligation ASAP.
Pls contact or provide the name or phone nos of a forum or groups that are making an effort to get justice.

I applied for a shop in nirvana courtyard2 5 years ago.ivepaid more than 60% upfront and the project hasnt taken off yet.

Sorry for the delay guys and Sorry for the late response, but I was busy fighting my own case against Unitech and have achieved first major victory in the long battle. I have managed to get them declared 420!!

I have been waiting for my flat in Unitech Cascades Greater Noida for the last 8 years inspite of paying 95% of the payment. I believe if we stand united and fight a case against Unitech we have a better chance.

I booked a flat in Unitech Cascades in 2005 and they were supposed to hand over possession in 2008. I kept making construction linked payments, and even paid interest when demanded. Since 2008, Unitech has been stringing me along saying that work would start again and possession letters would be sent out. In the last discussion, their rep actually told me that the company was in financial distress and that it was unlikely they would be able to complete the interior and give possession. They offered me to complete the interior myself and they would throw in an additional parking spot for free. I have already made 95% of the payment. If there is any class action lawsuit being filed, I would like to be part of this.

Is anyone thinking of going through RERA route? Now that Centre has notified RERA and Uttar Pradesh had notified the State Version of RERA in November 2016, it could be another option (and hopefully efficient) to go against Unitech. In my case I am trying to find the best route to recover my money from Unitech- they are not honouring the buyback option in their Agra Plot scheme, that unfortunately I got into in 2014 on recommendations from IFAN, not knowing that investing in Unitech would mean throwing your money away. Or is there any group that is open to take any Unitech schmes on board in the fight against Unitech.

I have problem because company call coming continually and one time I received the call and immediate cut the call and deduct rupees 20 and write enjoy the song .
If I not select any one then why my balance is cut.and also I try to call in call center also failed every time

I booked flat in Unitech Horizon in G noida in 2006, possesion was to be given by niv 2008, till date there is no committment from Unitech for handing over, i had made 95% payment and still await in darkness.
