My Debit card No.[protected] has been lost on dated 7.04.2012 so kindly freeze my ATM card as soon as possible to avoid its misuse. RECD. MSG TODAY 07.04.12 THAT A SUM OF Rs.1000 has been debited from My Saving Account No.[protected]Customer ID No.[protected], BO:Padam Singh Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. Pl. freeze my atm card and send confirmation on Mobile No.[protected].
