My mother was dead on 31.03.2012 my father having the death certificate, legal hear certificate, voter ID, court affectivity and my mother’s senior officer also certified (having A/c).
My father was continually going to UBI, Manijanga Branch (17 times) but the Manager was refuse to pay the money and not even transfer it to my father’s account.
Every time manager returns back my father by giving a reason, he is humiliating my father, it’s so painful.

Draft — fraud by hDFC BRANCH MANAGER

Dear Sir
My self Parmeet singh & i am a representative of a Canadian Company. We had asked our client Mr Sanjeev Kumar to prepare a draft of 1400$.He got the Draft from his account in favour of Canadian High Commission but the High Commission Returned the Draft saying that issuing Branch Name is requried & the client filed complaint with the consumer court asking that it is the fault of Bank asking they did not stamped the draft .Hdfc bank Branch Manager Ashu told the court that they issue Drafts
Without any stamps & as a proof he submitted the Draft made by Sanjay Maheshwari to the High Commission which was not stamped.After an year some one from the Bank told me that he h had stamped the Draft after getting it photocopied without stamp & afterwards he himself stamped the draft as the client had warned him that he is going to Court .as by chance the client Mr Sanjeev had returned the Draft in those days.I want to request that the Bank should check their records & they will find that the draft is stamped & Mr Ashu being a resposible officer of HDFC Bank lied in the Honrable
Court I THINK HDFC bank should look in to the matter & take strict action against those officers who in order to save themselfs
put the blame on others.I Request Hdfc Bank to take strict action against Mr Ashu Branch Manafer Bathinda

Draft — due to lack of appropriate address

I posted a important fee draft in 01july09 from muzaffarnagar to dehradun by speed post (EU[protected]IN) .but that not reahed to destination. and net is not showing that status.after that i found that address not was complete on that.

Draft — not issuing duplicate draft

dear sir,
i want to say that i have received a minority scholarship from minority office barabanki with a DD
no(683967) of amount 20,000 dated 20.02.2010 which was in favour of branch manager state bank of patiala branch chaheru. The above draft was payable at (vishnagar) code no (498) .The draft was issued from state bank of indiia main branch.The draft has deposited in SBI patiala chaheru and it has been sent by this branch to the payable branch vishnagar ,After sometime payable branch vishnagar sent a message to branch manager SBI patiala chaheru that payable branch (vishnagar) did not receive the instrument.I informed to the minority office barabanki for this matter ,minority officer barabanki gave a application to the SBI main branch barabanki to issue duplicate draft with also one reminder until today bank did not issue a duplicate draft as the regarding officer verbally says that payable branch vishnagar is not answering the letter given by branch barabanki.

United Bank of India — NON ISSUE OF DUPLICATE DRAFTS

WE WERE ISSUED DRAFTS IN 2007 FROM UNITED BANK OF INDIA, GODURCHATTI BRANCH BURDWAN, WEST BENGAL IN OUR FAVOR i.e. D.D.PHARMACEUTICALS PVT. LTD., PAYABLE AT JAIPUR TOTALLING APPROX. ONE LAKH RUPEES. SAME WAS LOST IN TRANSIT AND SINCE THEN WE AS WELL AS THE PURCHASER OF DRAFT HAVE BEEN PURSUING THE MATTER WITH UNITED BANK OF INDIA. COPY OF THEIR LETTER IS ALSO ATTACHED BUT NO CONCRETE ACTION ACTION TAKEN TILL DATE AND WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED DUPLICATE DRAFTS.THE ISSUING BRANCH IS TELLING THAT THEY SHALL THEY SHALL ISSUE DUPLICATE DRAFT ONLY AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION FROM JAIPUR BRANCH THAT THE DRAFTS HAVE NOT BEEN ENCASHED.THEY HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL LETTERS TO JAIPUR BRANCH OVER PERIOD OF YEARS BUT JAIPUR BRANCH IS NOT RESPONDING LATEST LETTER WRITTEN TO THEM IN JAN'12 IS ATTACHED HEREWITH.
