[Resolved]  UniverCell — Cheating!

Hi, i bought a new N72 nokia mobile from universal after 3months it say no net work coverage i had taken the Mobile to a nokia center and they had said would take 10 to 15 days .i went after 15 days and they said nothing to do we are not sure what had happened so asked the universal people i went -they said that we have to send this mobile to niokia center i explained to them and they said we would send to the nokia people so would take 10 days.i was sent to nokia again and again no one had responded to me and one nokia center said that we don't see any proof that right from the beginning you had given it to us for service and i had showed the proof he is saying that one particular # should be taken from the Mobile they did not take so i will not accept because i do not see any proof is this my mistake ???i had used the mobile for 3 months only i had spent my moneyy to travel one place to another, , , , , i had all the proofi gave Rs.8.500 for this Mobile i bought the Mobile aprl-2008 and this happend jul-2008justice please! wating for a good reply at the earliest!Nicole.

Hi Sivagami, i had sent the detail 2 times and already nokia people and univercell had taken 5 to 6 months to resolve this issue i'm at the back of your company for the past aug, sep, oct, nov, dec, jan now could you plase resovle this at the earliest.check with this E-mail id [protected]@univercell.in i had eswnt to them as well i got this id from the bill .

in the univercell website clcik on buy button u ll see the rate Rs.5500.that is 4% VAT is added for bill only. every where they charge the same ...its not only in univercell ..may be, in other outlets they may be showing the price with bill TAX..

SUB:- Complaints on my newly purchased mobile regarding.

I purchased a SAMSUNG-J150 ([protected]) model mobile on 11th aug 2009 for Rs.4100 /- inv.no P.GCP/1355
dated 11/08/2009.Charging fault arised and i gave it for service in gobichettipalayam univercell branch.they directed me to get it from erode branch.After attending the fault, the same problem still continued the very next day onwards.they again directed me to give it in chennai itself, as im a student at a chennai college.I gave it in Besant Nagar branch but they returned it with same fault and there is no proper response from them.It seems they dont treat the customers properly.Display and headset problem accompanied it.So i returned my mobile to gobi branch for service or for an immediate replacement.Ms.Nithya at Gobi branch at present, is in interest of providing good service and kind in response too.So i kindly request you to take action and help me in providing an immediate replacement or rectification so that no faults arises further.

hello sir,
i bought a mobile nokia 3110 of worth Rs.4250 in your univercell at chennai .
while purchase your staff told that there is an insurance for the mobile and a charge of Rs.150 was included in the bill.now i lost my cell phone while travelling in a train .i complained to the railway police.they are reluctant to register FIR but they received the complaint and gave the police certificate stating that so and so lost the mobile with colour and IMEI number.
with this certificate whether i can get the insured amount or not .

The managment has delivered the free gifts to my satisfaction. Problem got redressed by continuous follow up the the management of shop.

I wonder nobody including the shop management did not respond to this complaint. What is the use of complaining on this forum.

UniverCell Poonamallee - LG — POOR RESPONSE AND ADAMANT ATTITUDE

i have purchased a mobile in univercell poonamalle for rs 2000.lg gs 155 .on 14/07/2010.after three days iwas not working .when given for service they told it is water locked and we cant service under warranty .we can service only out of the way .i told you hve not mentioned in the warranty conditions.till now the problem is not solved .he is keeping the mobile with himself for the past one month.the responsiblity should be taken by the company ,univercell and the poor worst telecommunication department for the stress iam facing with these people.we are all not crore pathis or politicians .we are poor refused people of the universe .kindly do the needful for thebegging people of the developed india .......................?
I have bought a Samsung galaxy from nugambakkam store on 17 th oct 2010 with invoice no:NGM/7699 .For the defect in the mobile i have returned the mobile within a week .Till this date I haven, t received my mobile which is worth of 15000. I am going to the consumer court for the inefficient service & providing a Non-working condition mobile & the mental torture u have given me for the constant calls i have made it to u.For the complaint already submitted there is no reply.

UniverCell — Defective mobile

Hi,
I have purchased a mobile model:Sony yari from Univercell shop chennai.After certain period of time the mobile is giving troubles when I went to their shop they are doing the servicing again and again from last 4 months.After servicing also the same problem is coming again.Right now my mobile is in warranty so they are doing the free service.When I asked the mobile is defective it's giving same problem after service of 5 times also.So they said we can't help you on this.After warranty period you have to pay the money.I purchased this mobile at 14,600.But they have given me a defective piece.I want to put a compliant about them.Kindly help me on this so that I can get a justice.
The Univercell shop owner is not ready to refund my money and also not ready to replace my mobile.
Please help me on this or please advise me how can I put a complaint about this shop owner.

there is no attraction toward my complaint

I am Ramya from Kodambakkam Chennai. I bought a new nokia c6 at parrys Universal showroom. it is slide model at rs 13, 500 iwth the insurance theft. I purchased Last week i.e on 9 of April 2011. with in one week of purchase now my cell phone got problem my slide is not working and my battery is not staying. I went to the Nokia care service centre at Royapettah they were not answering me. They were not given me a proper response. They have given me a defective piece.

I want to put a compliant about them.Kindly help me on this so that I can get a justice.

UniverCell Nokia — head set problem

i am M.prabhu i purchased Nokia C5 mobile in your shop at guduvanchery branch on 28/4/11,timing 16:54, Bill no: P.GUD/437 at the cost of rs . 9900 (including vat & general gift) the executive Mr.Justin Prabhu demonstrate the mobile (but they didn't demonstrate the headset), i was satisfied with his demonstration. So i prefer to buy the mobile. At the time of billing, they gave me the headset and data-cable seperately (which is supposed to be in the box itself, i didnt note that at that time). After three days, i tried to connect the headset but the pin(small sized) is not suitable to the mobile.
Then on the 6/5/11 i went to the shop and explained about the problem but they did not listened to my complaint and they tried to point out that i was cheating them.
Am waiting for your response.
