[Resolved] UniverCell — complaint for the non-service from Univercell | |||
Regarding to the above subject i brought 2 new mobile from Univercell-Madurai kk nagar on 20/10/2011 & 19/09/2011 (Bills enclosed with this mail) Beetel handsets, both the mobiles having the charging complaint. i contact the sales person for the same, he told me to get the mobile to univercell for service. i given the mobile for service on 03/01/2012 (scan copy of the same is enclosed with this) till date i am not getting any proper response for the same from them. due to various phone calls made by me to the person in univercell he told to pay 250 for the charger. with in the warranty period the charger having the problem.not rectified or replaced by them. after we are ready to make the payment for the charger but till date they are telling the reason they dont have that new charger piece. nearly 60 days completed. as we are the customer having good value and relation ship with univercell, why we go for univercell for the service if the service is worst how the people will go for the univercell.. i dont have the words to explain my loss by buying a mobile with univercell. this is my final mail to you to take the immediate action. if it is not happend i am going to the consumer court with all the bills and supporting documents. need your reply at the earliest karthi [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
