[Resolved]  Unknown — Unhygienic, environment polluting and illegal noodle factory in residential area

Respected Sir,
It is a matter of deep concern / importance that illegal factory is working in residential areas is polluting these places and is becoming main cause of making it unfavorable for human being to live in an environment of peace. What this factory is doing here in residential area while according to the laws no body has the right to violate the laws as by opening illegal factory in the residential area and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violance. Now coming to the point, I am a resident of Mahavir Enclave, Khasra No77 (Near Palam). I am not mentioning my name and House no. here as I want to keep my details confidential because I am a resident of this zone and I may have quarrel with the concerned people if I expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential zone one illegal factory is working freely which produces lot of smoke in late night time. People & children affected asthma and other cardio related problem are sick of this factory as the workers in these factories work from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM on daily basis and there are under 18 years children also working in this factory. As the factory is situated in between the houses of normal people, people near by are not able to sleep at night due to heavy smoke, noise and vibration caused due the machines. Especially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have Air Pollution unbearable. So we the people can not tolerate and bear the smoke. They dispatch the smoke directly to the open space. All we normal people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action opposed to such unauthorized factory in our zone that is making this place like hell. This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factory. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon. kindly keep all the details regarding identification of this complaint confidential. Owner Name & Location of the factory:- Mr. Pradeep Chauhan, RZD-1/5, Gali no.5, Khasra no.77, Mahavir Enclave, Delhi-110045. please note there are 2 gates( one small and one big)..Bigger gate is 'ALPHA STUDY CENTER' the Smaller gate leads to the hidden NOODLE factory... completely un hygenic and a threat to enviroment.....thanks
