I purchased the Fabia in 2008 and the list of defects is endless. The car met with an accident, the air bag opend and leaked due to which i suffered severe burn. Following the incident, the car was sent to the Continental Auto Service, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. Since the car has come after repairs, we find the AC is not cooling at all. Few days back the rear left side tyre got locked itself while the car was parked, as sensible person can make out that it is extremely dangerous if the tyre gets locked while driving. the company person came after we called and rectified the problem and on our asking simply said that it can happen anytime and with anyone, it's a normal feature. Since the car has come after repair, the left rear window is not working. The brake discs of the car sometimes rub against each other in such a way that at time the brakes stop working and i have to press the brake quite a few times to stop the car which is extremely risky. The average claimed by the company was 17km per litre whereas it is only giving 10-11 km per litre. Im always stressed while driving that anything might go wrong anytime. I, m extrermely dissapointed with the performance, the car is not even a year old and Skoda has a reputation which is synonomous to quality thats why we prefer it to other automobile companies.
