Airtel — not able to unsubscribe

I am not able to unsubscribe from archies comics of airtel live .As a result every month Rs.10/- is being deducted from my balance inspite of me requesting many times to airtel.

what is this archies comics in airtel live...it was charging Rs 10pre day from my mobile account and thereafter i used to keep my account balance below RS10.but now a days it is charging RS 1 per day..and i cant keep my account balance below RS 1..what a tricky plan they have!!!

how can i unsubscribe from this service???

Airtel WAP Service — charging of rs 40 per week for 4 services i do not use

since past two months model of the day, word pack subscription, srardust subscription, archie comic strip has been sendinding me messages and chaging me rs. 10 respectively.they just send message thankyou fo[censored]sing archie comic wap subscription on airtel wap you have been charged rs.10, every seven days, it seems they are doing it automatically, they should stop it.

hi, this is aniket. I was facing the same issue as yours. I had to share my number to get the service deactivated. Would suggest you to do the same

I've never enrolled for your this service, then why I'm being charged for the same unnecessarily, since last almost two months. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, hence I request you to immediately disconnect this Airtel WAP Service from my Cell No.[protected], or else, I'll have to make a serious complaint about the same to the requisite authorities. I hope, you will understand the seriousness of the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
