I am your kolkata customer purchased your said product in the year 2004. As on date no maintainance fellows turned up. I have no way to contact your local maintainace department being none of the available number is responding our calls. My contact number is [protected]. im looking for the service numbers for usha brita water purifier.
The system has not been working for sometime now n it has been a little over a year that i had purchased it. There were no visits from any of your engineers during this time. My contact number is [protected]. Please let mw know asap how i can get the system repaired.

Sir,

Kindly note that the subject Annual Maintenance was established on 23.11.2009 by your counterpart at Kolkata (copy enclosed).

However, I regret to inform that till date inspite of repeated service calls made to the Kolkata representatives Mr. P. Bhattacharya –[protected] and Mr. Kumar Singha –[protected] have gone in vain since your representatives did not even bother to visit us our give a courtesy call explaining their problem. I had made several calls to them and was just informed to call back later since they being busy in meetings. Is this customer service provided to clients or what is actual meaning behind making annual service contracts??

Would appreciate your immediate response or I will be required to seek alternate measures to address my service right. In case, of not being able to provide any such service, kindly instruct your Kolkata counterpart to refund the sum of Rs.1988/- along with interest with immediate effect.

1. I have a booked USHA BRITA WATERGUARD (MAX)-23 LTR on 24 Nov 2009 at Pragati Maidan Trade Fair vide your Advance Receipt No. KJ/452. The Same has been delivered on 26 Nov 2009 by Mr. Vinod vide Order No. KJ/1512, the Water Guard(MAX) Model No. SS1724T, Sr. No. BS2910112.

2. After few days the machine is not working properly. I have complained at Govindpuri, Kalkaji office but they told me that the complained may please be registered at our Customer Centre Telephone No.[protected]. I have complained at your Customer Center vide Complained No. OS/90 on 11 Nov 2009 at 0945am and she told me that before 48 hour our representative will be repaired your purify Machine. After 72 Hour has been elapsed, I have again contact your customer care centre and the lady told me that I checked and ring back to you. The lady ring back and told me that our representative will be attend today before 1600Hrs and she give me Mr Babloo Goswami No. [protected] for any further query. I try to contact Mr. Babloo Goswami two times but I did not contact because he was busy with some conference. I again contact the Customer care centre after 1600 hours that your representative has not been reached my residence. The lady told me that I checked and ring back to you. The lady ring back and told me that our representative will be attend today after one hour. Ultimately on 15 Nov 2009 your representative Mr. Sumit reached at 2000 hours and he repaired the Machine and the same functioning smoothly. After 2100 hours I have checked on the same day same problem has been raised.

3. Next day .i.e. 16 Nov 2006 I again contact to your Customer Care Centre and told the lady that my above purifier may please be replaced immediately. She told me that all the senior officer has gone to Khajurao for conference I can not help you. Coming Saturday (19 Nov 2009) they will be back and they will be decided.

4. In this regard, I have contacted your following Staff :-

5. It is requested that my above mentioned machine was not repaired or replaced till date. It is, therefore, I humbly requested that please solve my problem as early as possible.

With regrett to inform you that I bought a Usha Brita (Water Guard) on 07.06.2009 through Yash Shree MNarketting at D-95, New Govind pura, Parvana Rad, Delhi-110051 vide receipt No. 164 dated 07.06.2009. I am trying to last 2/3 days on above mentioned dealer Phones No.[protected], [protected] & [protected] but I not getting any response on this telephones numbers. My water gruard is troubling me last one week. Water guard is not fiter the water. Therefore my family facing too much difficulties for drinking water. Now my humbly request that you change change my water guard with immediate effect. If I will not get any response to your side, then I will take help to Consumer Forum for solve my problem.

I have bought an water purification system on 3rd April 2010, my water purification is not working properly as water is not collected in the lower container.

hence give us any local address for attain my complain with an immidiate effect.
After sales service o[censored]sha brita water purifier is sub-standard.

Water is a precious commodity, wherein service standards shall have to be top-class.

Consumers beware of buying usha brita water purifier, where one has to repent later on.
