I am your kolkata customer purchased your said product in the year 2004. As on date no maintainance fellows turned up. I have no way to contact your local maintainace department being none of the available number is responding our calls. My contact number is [protected]. Please make the areangment for maintainance and updation of the available system.

Usha brita digital water purifier — Repeated failure of the equipment

We have a very very unsatisfactory and sad experience with the Usha Brita water purifier.
The machine is not working most of the time.The worst part is that inspite of having AMC is is non functional since more than three month.
During the last visit of their Sr. Manager in January 2011 in connection with the promotion o[censored]sha Brita RO, we have refused to purchase it in view of the bad experience that we have for the last 4-5 years of their services.Manager has promised prompt action, but nobody came to repair.
Their Service Engineer Mr Sanjay Gupta ( Mb:[protected] )has been informed to urgently rectify the defective touch button but he has not bothered . Drinking unfiltered water is a serious health hazard for our family.
He shall be made resposible for the consequences for which we will file complaint to Consumer Forum.

Dear Sir,
I am Rishi Raj Bhatnagar your customer based at Baltana, Zirakpur. I have purchased Aquapolis in the year 2009, till that time it has given many problems. We thought it will give us very good service but we are disappointed.

Whenever we are calling for the breakdown and maintenance, your people are taking days to attend the problem.
As you know this is a very essential gadget for the regular pure water use, then how can we wait for many days. Your people are so irresponsible to give the after sale service.

I am out of town and the water tap of Aquapolis is broken at my home, but your people at Chandigarh office are saying that we don't have the tap and the model is changed. My family is suffering for the water.

Pls. can you tell me after buying so costly RO purifier, you just giving the answer that you don't have the serviceable parts. If you are not serious to give the service then I will put this problem to the consumer court, because I am really fed up with the service you are offering to us.

I'm your customer at kolkata having bought the digital model on06/08/2006 and an AMC from your franchisee United Marketing, p.o. Mahesh, Hoogly
712202. Lateron they renewed the AMC fm 14/02/2011 to 13/02/2015 for Rs 3560/- on condition printed overleaf that two periodical service visit
per year and free replcement of cartidge once every year.
But to my amazment they refuse to give me a replacement of the cartidge on this date.I don't want to continue your AMC, though
I've paid AMC, So please get me a free replacement of cartidge once and be over with your service contract for ever I wish to switch over to a better model and no AMC for sure
I shall be ever thankful for this immediate replacement for once against Rs 3560/- I paid to your Co.,

usha brita shriram waterguard — leakage of water from the waterguard

after 10% filling of water in the waterguard ,water is leaking from the upper part of the waterguard.
