[Resolved] Usha International — Not providing support for my Geyser (Water Heater) which is still under warranty period. | |
I had raised a complaint with Usha International dated 16-September-2013 (complaint number C[protected]) regarding my geyser (water heater) which was not working. The geyser is still under warranty. After numerous calls, almost on a daily basis, I have had no techinician visiting my place to work on the issue as on today (24th-September-2013). Every time the answer from Usha International is that my case is high priority and they will send some one immediately but nothing has happenned thus far (1 week).
I guess now I have to check if I can get this repaired from some other local shop since I can not run without a geyser in the current weather in Bangalore (Did I say my geyser is still in warranty period).
I am really not sure on what to do next. One thing, I am sure is that I would never ever buy another Usha International product ever.
