You MUST have your certificate no. for reference while talking to the officer.

UTI's CGGF-86 scheme was foreclosed in 2004 so if you have received correspondence from UTI regarding the conversion of your investment into 6.60% Tax-Free ARS Bonds then use your Investor ID and Bond Certificate No. for reference while talking to the officer.
