This has reference to your letter dt. 1.12.08 regarding non receipt of the above mentioned warrant by me as per your records In this connection, I have to inform you that I had sent the letter duly signed by me giving therein the bank particulars on 16.12..08 alongwith the letter in r/o Folio No. [protected] fvg. Sh. Ashok Kumar Mahajan. But Demand Draft has been received only in r/o Folio No. [protected] and no amount has been received in r/o Folio No. [protected] whereas both the letters were sent in the same envelope. You are, therefore requested to please look into the matter and send me the Demand Draft in r/o the above warrant No. If you had already sent the amount directly into my Bank A/c, please send me a line of confirmation in this regard. I had already written to you in this matter on 13.01.09.
