UTI Mutual Fund - ULIP Plan — Payment not received

My mother has been depositing yearly instalment for ULIP changed to UTI Mutual Fund
With the time span of 10 years which expired in April 07 in my name.Now redemption is due on April 08. It is more than 6 months and I am yet to receive payment which used to be done automatically.The payment due to me may be paid immediately or Convey me the reason for holding payment till date.
