My father Mr. Bata Krushna Jena had applied for a PAN card through application no.[protected] on 30.1.2008, in the PAN tracker the tracking results shows the PAN card is issued with the PAN No. AJFPJ7234H and has already been dispatched since 7 Feb, 2008. But still I have not received my pancard. so i requested you that please put up my pancard as far as earliest.

My name is Defy Jose.I had applied for PAN card on 24th of December 2007 from Kochi in Kerala. And I recieved the pan card with some error in my father's name. So i had submit the correction form along with my original pan card. My Acknowledgement number is[protected]. And my pancard number is AJCPJ7285M. I still have not received my PAN card.
