UTI Pan Card — Not yet recd of my pan card No.AEVPA3695L
Dear sir,I have deposited my pan card as to change of my home address to the Kanpur office UTI branch since last three months ago but I have not yet received back my above said pan card to my home address.
You are requested to please look into the matter and let me know the status of my pan card at your earliest possible.

I have deposited my Pan Card No, .AEVPA3695L at your Kanpur (U.P.) brance as to change of my address but regret to write here that I have not yet received back the above said pan card . Although more than three months have already passed.
However, when I go to Kanpur office for enquiry they said me that there was my father's surname spelling mistaken i.e. Agarwal instead of Agrawal.
You are requested to please check the status of the above said pan card and do the needful at your earliest. and send the pan card to my address.
