i recived my pan card no :CFLPS6499P from message but i did not recived my pan card

I have not received my pan card till date. I had applied this with UTI service in Gangtok.

I applied for PAN Card on 13/04/2010 vide coupon No.[protected] and I was told that the PAN Card No. CRTPS9384K had been delivered on 24/04/2010 but I have not received if yet. On enquiry at UTI Technology Services Limited, 174, 1st Floor, Rajendra Bhavan (DDA Building), Rajendra Place, NEW DELHI - 110008. I came to know that the card was delivered to Asha Devi whom I did not know.
Would you please let me know why it was not delivered to the addressee given to you ? It is not my fault. Kindly let me know the outcome of your enquiry.
