UTI PAN Services — need acknowledgement receipt for urgent basis

Dear Sir, My uncle applied for pan card. My uncle name is SEIKH MALEQUDDIN . Only I have 9 digit acknowledgement number . This number is[protected]. I got the receipt that shown in the attachment. I don't think this is correct receipt when some organisation is asked for the PAN receipt. It's humble request to you sir please see the attachment and let me know if this is a valid receipt or not. Sir please send the proper receipt in my gmail account within 2 day because coming Monday (07/10/2013) is the last date for submitting the application. Otherwise we have not submit the application which is pan card receipt is a mandatory document.
