My ULIP is matured in February 2010. I have paid all the premiums in time and waiting for the redemption money till date. Please let me know I will be be paid my ULIP amount or not. If yes then by which date. The details o[censored]LIP are given below

This is the reminder of my earlier letter dated 12.10.2012 for which a computer generated number as above was sent to me.
So far I have not received the funds to my account nor any cheque of the redemption amount. However, on my mobile I received TWO messages first SMS stating that the you have released the redemption amount od Rs.84, 389.00 on 18.10.2012 at 12.30.24 hrs & also second SMS on 19.10.2012at 16:30:16 hrs. saying you have released the redemption amount again of the same amount in response to my redemption claim. While nothing has happened.
ARE YOU BENT UPON MAKING FUN OF MY OLD AGE ? HAVE YOU NOT REALISED THAT I AM UNDERGOING A CRITICAL MEDICAL CONDITION ? THIS ACT OF YOURS IS A CRIMINAL ONE. OF A GRAVE INHUMAN NATURE … SHAME ON YOU.
I have already brought to your notice that I am a diabetic with problems of cholesterol. I have already lost 95 % of hearing of my left ear & also have been operated on left hand a clear cut scar of 14 stitches can be seen if any one wish to examine all the papers including lipid profiles, ECG brain scanning done are available for scrutiny. In fact I was to go for my left eye cataract operation, but as I did not get this fund I am nowhere.
This is an inordinate delay on your part. Postponement of my EYE SERGRERY FOR CATERACT MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO MY EYE PARTIALLY OR even COMPLETELY LOOSING THE VISIBILITY. & IF THIS HAPPENS You will have to face a very grave situation ….
I am constantly emphasizing this in my letters of request but your so called committed management for the betterment of senior citizens have turn a blind eye to this. You have now forced me to undergo all the pre-operational medical test & also danger of damage to my EYE. Who will bear the cost ? Do you realize.
What a way to treat the investors. What a magnanimous intention o[censored]TI towards the senior citizens. IS THIS YOUR PLAN FOR PEACEFUL RETIRED LIFE ?. I suggest you to add a line in your add saying you will atleast provide money for the funeral or buurrial of the investors if one invest with UTI which no other fund offers a unique feature o[censored]TI fund.…..
Hope you understand the gravity of the situation & send me the redemption amount immediately to my bank account or by cheque.

My folio no.o[censored]TI_ULIP is[protected]. My redemption claim was sent on 0709.2012. UTI sent me a fradulent bank deposite slip of Rs.84.389.00 wuth intention to decieve me. Done wrong valuation & delayed the claim without any reason.
The Manager to their activities are KARVY which can never be trusted. For handling a single folio they make blunders then how can they manage the entire Mumtual Fund amount. Responces from them is a shirting out action. No body wants to shoulder the responsibility.
For their activities I have refered the matter for help & joint action. I have also asked for the legal help to fight for the justice. Their mentality to think that the seniors are dead wood shall be punished for which all should join the band. I may be contacted at [protected]@rediffmail.com

may ulip no. ul[protected] matured on 07/09/2009 has not yet been paid . no intimation whtsoever has yet been received.please expedite payment and inform status.
