[Resolved]  Uti Ulip — Non-redemption of due amount on maturity

Dear Executive,
I have invested in UTI-ULIP for last 15 years,instalment by instalment.But,today I am dismayed and pained to complain that my Application for redemption has thrice been rejected on trivial grounds, every-time on new alibi, motive well known to the people employed for servicing the clientale.I wonder if they are doing service or dis-service to the organization they represent.The salient points of my complaint are here-under.
1.On maturity of my UTI-ULIP I applied for redemption in your UTI office at Bahu-Plaza Jammu on 4th Feb.10,which was rejected on grounds that my sig.need to be attested by Bank.
2.Again, I re-applied for redemption on 16th Feb.10.But, when I enquired from Customer Care No. I was told that my case has again been rejected on grounds that Manager of the Bank has not written his name.
3.Again,I re-re- reapplied with due care and diligence & with the guidance and satisfaction of staff o[censored]TI Bahuplaza Jammu.On inquiry I was told that your case is being processed and maturity amount shall be deposited in my account or else I will receive the warrant.when this didn't happen ,I again inquired from UTI office Bahu-Plaza Jammu and to my dismay and utter surprise , this time I was told that my signatures are at variance with those I signed 15 years back at the time of buying this plan.What a great joke? If my sig. do not match, then why the attestation by Bank & other formalities like UTI's Original Policy document, PAN Card copy, Bank's attestation of my credentials and cancelled cheque etc which were also submitted along-side.How can I prove that I am the same person or genuine claimant if the afore-said documentation is null & void and UTI de-recognizes them.
For your information when I approached the bank for sig. attestation , Manager of the Bank refused to attest & pointed out that there is no column in the redemption form where Bank has to attest the credential of a A/C Holder.Any-way , I paid the Bank attestation fee & he attested the redemption form as good will gesture.He has duly attested my signatures under his seal ,signatures,employee code and designation.I wonder what else your office is harping for or what are the real intentions.I wanted to reinvest,but given the bureauticratic attitude or coercion policy o[censored]TI at maturity,I need to re-think over and over again.
I request for earliest redresal of my complaint before I contemplate other legal recourse.

I would like to agree with the above complain. My father also has been made to go through all above mentioned harrasment.
Does anybody has the solution to the problem or knows who to complain for the same.
