Dear Sir, a) Membership Id No.[protected] installment amount Rs.1500/-, installment due in July 2008(paid on 14.07.08) b) Memberhip Id No.[protected] installment amount Rs.3800/- installment due in January 2008(paid on 24.01.08) The installment paid for the above item (a) by means of a cheque was returned unpaid for the reason-no penalty payment On enquiry with UTI office at Visakhapatnam, I found to my surprise that the amount of Rs.3800/- paid in Jan 2008 was adjusted to Rs.1500/- membership. Now the policy (b) is showing non-payment and the payment for (a) is not accepted by your office, resulting in expiry of both for no fault of mine. Please advise how the adjustment for Rs.[protected] was made. The reasons for not advising for lapse of the policy which was payable in January 2008. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

PAID THE 7TH INSTALLMENT BY UNITED BANK OF INDIA, DULIAJAN BRANCH CHEQUE NO: 111635 DATED 27.02.2012 FOR RS.10, 000.00 (RUPEES TEN THOUSAND ONLY) AT AXIS BANK, DULIAJAN FOR ONWARD DEPOSIT AT UTI, TINSUKIA BRANCH. AMOUNT DEBITED TO MY UBI, DULIAJAN S/B A/C NO:[protected] ON 02.03.2012. THIS IS CONFIRMED PAYMENT OF RS.10, 000.00 AGAINST MY ULIP POLICY.

HOWEVER TILL 19.04.2012 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RECEIPT AGAINST THE DEPOSIT OF ABOVE AMOUNT AGAINST MY UTI - ULIP.
