UTITSL - non receipt of pan card

Dear Sir,


1. My PAN Card application Acknowledge No is 524880932.

2. On personal inquiry from Customer Care Centre on 06 February 2012 regarding the status of PAN Card, it has revealed that the PAN Card pertaining to me has already been sent for delivery, however, the same has not been delivered due to the reason not know.

3. Again on 07 February 2012, I submitted an written complaint for non delivery and assured the same will be received shortly, it has not happened.

4. May I request the same be delivered to me at the following address at the earliest :-

i applied for pan card from utitsl lucknow office on24.1.2008. serial no givento me was033439004. by website of utitsl i new that they have sent me pan card no. ALIPA9839 by post. i have not received it. made several complaints but no answer and no result. i need it urgently.please help.

Pan card No AOAPA8107N despatched on 27th Dec 2008 not received yet. You are requested to intimate the whereabout of the same at the earliest.

i applied for my pan card on 21-07-2008 but till date i have not received the same
my details are as follows:

3)acknowledgement number---------039542988
4)proof of identity-------------------------admit card
5)proof of address------------------------bank statement

so sir please do the needful as early as possible as march final is approaching and i would be in trouble

Dear Sir,
I had lost my pan card so i have applied for new pan card with same pan number i.e. BCEPK2945P. But still i have not got the pan card on the application the stamp date is 3rd april 2009 it is almost 20 days my coupon no. is 033522377 and my application no. is 704758936. So, kindly do the needful and reply as soon as possible.

Sir I vijaya rangarao k applied for a pan card through utitsl. I have verified the status in online under utitsl site and found that the pan number was alloted : BQNPK9206Q. but till date I did not receive my pan card yet. I got information from my local postal office stating that the pan card was can on 19-06-2010 and returned on 23-06-2010. I do not know the reasons for this non-delivery. I checked once again on online today i.e on 15-08-2010, as per utitsl site online information RUD LYING AT HYDERABAD. It is for your kind information that my PAN CARD which has dispatched on 09/12/2010 form your office has not yet been received.
I, therefore request your nobleself to take necessary action for this missing PAN CARD so that I may get received it as early as possible.
