I am Ankit Agrawal S/O Late-Mr. Madhukar Agrawal, Resident of 114 Rail Bazar Cantt. Kanpur, a consumer o[censored]PPCL.
Due to some problem i was unable to pay electricity bill from some months, in January i have done part payment and remaining payment i am ready to pay but when yesterday my mother went for payment she faced some problem and misbehavior by officers and finally they dint accept the payment..
