Its been confirmed form recruiter Himanshu from Okaya that I never revealed any information to Okaya by any means and no one form Okaya has informed this to Value consulting management which claimed by Value consulting INC. I am attaching the same email here along with this email. I have been asked to get out of office on 7th August 2012 at 1.15 a.m. IST immediately after a conference call by giving areason that Value consulting have been informed by Okaya that I have revealed some information to Okayawhich has caused Okaya to hold 25 lakhs INR of consultants payment who belongs Value consulting. And also I have been informed that I am on hold along with my one month salary and variable cost need to be held. It caused embarrassment in front of all staff members of Value consulting and mental as well as financial harassment and torture to me and I am a victim of internal politics of Value consulting. I have talked to you regarding this issue and I have been told that this issue will be resolved soon and I will be informed with firm decision. Now it’s more than a week and no one came back to me with any answer regarding this issue. This is vipul joshi, I was vp business development with vcc for almost one year, my last month salary, income tax deducted money which manish has not paid to income tax and my 50k expenses as well as reliving letter too is pending. Today cyber crime mumbai ho called and I have visited too, I have reply. My queries and reply too police reg my dues. Pl you all people too go to police and also inform same so our case should be strong.

Priyanka who mails from IntelliScreen for forged agreement to refund amount is actually the coordinator for Value Consulting and works from the same Oshiwara office, Mumbai.
These fraudsters have multiple cheating cases against them. The owner of Value Consulting is Manish Sawhney who runs this racket to of dummay H1B processing and not return money back to candidates.
There are close aids like Nilesh Prabhu who does work for Manish and big liar.
there are dummy names like Solomon, Charles, Alan ..and the fake English names are all their employees sitting at their Oshiwara, Mumbai office.
They even take INR 2500 to conduct interviews from the job seekers so you can understand their working standards.

Sir I have humble request to you please let me know if Okaya has any proof of this incident which shows that I have revealed any internal information of Value consulting to Okaya management. I have been in contact with Himanshu Pandey recruiter of Okaya in regards of P.O. of SuchitaLaxman and as per my knowledge I never ever discuss anything else other than placement of Suchita Laxaman with anyone in the Okaya including Himanshu Pandey.
This whole incident caused me embarrassment in front of all staff members in Value consulting which have caused mental torture along with financial harassment to me.
Looking forward for your prompt reply.
