In Juy 2011 I bought one VANA four burner stove along with complete kitchen from M/S Ganga Home Decor, Moradabad. The stove had started troubling within three months after purchase. Since it is a gas burner I am very worried about safety of my family. There appears to be a leakage. At the time of sale the distributor had made huge promises and assured a warranty of the appliance. Twice a local mechanic was sent and he superficially fixed the problem and I was charged heavy amounts towards repairs. For last fifteen days I have been chasing M/S Ganga Home Decor but failed to get a response. I will be forced to take legal action if the matter is not resolved by the manufacturer &/or the seller.
