[Resolved]  Vatika Group — Delay in possession of plot and change of project plan

Sir,

In 2006, I have booked a plot in Vatika Infotech City Jaipur and till last year made a 75% payment for a 360 square yard plot. I made a payment of Rs.18,50,000 till date.

Now Vatika group has changed the plan and offered a different plot, which they have said, will be delivered to me in 2011. I refused to take the new plot and asked for refund of my paid amount along with interest. They have refused this and asked me to accept the new plot which they are offering.

I have contacted their representative Mr.Kush and Sumit Arora in the CRM team.But, I am not getting solution regarding refund. I have few questions:

1. How could they sell a plot when they knew that it is not approved
2. They took Rs.18.5 Lacs from me till 2009.Why did they not inform that project has been scrapped.

Sir,please help me in getting my refund or delivery of the plot at the earliest. I know they are several such customers who have been fooled by Vatika Group.

My plot no is: IP/NAV/8th street/25 in Vatika Infotech City Jaipur.
